Hey everyone! Let me introduce myself.

My journey into yoga began as a personal quest for healing after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.

I first discovered Bikram yoga in 2010 as I was looking for a holistic approach to wellness. For me, the practice was deeply healing both mentally and physically, easing my symptoms and transforming my relationship with my body.

Throughout the years, I began exploring other types of yoga and eventually enrolled in a Mindful Yoga course. This training took me to new depths of healing by waking me up to the experiences of my life, disrupting unhealthy thought patterns, and making me more resilient to daily stress.

Through all of this, I felt called to help others achieve the same balance, strength, and resilience that I have found through yoga…
