Who is this training for?
Certified 200-hr yoga teachers who want to teach the Hot Yoga “Bikram-Style” 26×2 series.
What will you learn?
During your 8-day intensive training in Barcelona, you’ll learn how to teach the Hot 26 x 2 series through practical learning and a deep dive into asana anatomy, alignment and benefits.
The 5-week Online Dialogue Course will immerse you in the 26x2 script before you arrive in Barcelona so that you’ll be ready to start practice teaching to your classmates from Day 1.
Where can you teach with this certification?
Anywhere in the world! This a Yoga Alliance certified course, which qualifies you to teach internationally. You will receive a 50hr YACEP Hot 26x2 Bikram Yoga Teacher certification upon completion of this training.
This teacher training is run through the Hot Yoga Academy in Barcelona in partnership with Bekome Hot Yoga Education. You will be redirected to the HYA website for registration and booking.

Course Structure:
Online Dialogue Course (Pre-Training):
This training begins with 5 weeks of online instruction, guidance and support to help you memorise and master the dialogue of the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in this series.
During these 5 weeks, you will:
Learn tips and techniques that will make it easier for you to memorise the dialogue.
Gain a deeper understanding of the structure and purpose of the dialogue as a tool for teaching the 26x2 sequence.
Participate in weekly group video calls get where you’ll receive guidance from Emily, your YTT instructor, who will support you at every step along your learning journey.
You will be learning from the original Bikram script with some modifications to wording.
Once you’ve registered for the Barcelona Teacher Training, you will receive all of the information to access your online dialogue course in an email.
8-Day Training in Barcelona
This short, intensive training is hands-on and practical. It will prepare you to walk away after 8 days ready to step into a studio and teach the 26x2 sequence.
During these 8 days, you will:
Start practice teaching from Day 1, preparing you for the final exam and for real-world teaching.
Learn to teach a 60-, 75-, and 90-minute hot Bikram-style class.
Practice in the hot studio every day. Each day will start with a morning practice together, and some days you will also have an end-of-day practice.
Learn alignment, benefits and modifications of the postures.
Have a 2-hour anatomy session with Lezanne, who will answer all your anatomy-related posture questions.
Learn about hot room safety and how to safely adjust students in postures.
For your final exam, you will teach a 60-minute class to the group in the hot room.
Mentorship Programme
Emily offers a mentorship programme to students who would like additional support and guidance after the training. She can help you refine your teaching skills and dialogue delivery, become more confident in your dialogue memorisation, and prepare for job interviews and auditions at studios.
